Custom Orders

Custom requests are always welcome! Please note that handmade items may have minor variations that add to their unique charm. A proof/mockup will be provided when possible for personalized embroidery. Approval is required before stitching.

Copyright & Design Use

MadiLu Craft Co. does not recreate or replicate trademarked logos, copyrighted characters, or branded images unless written permission is provided. Customer-supplied designs must be original or properly licensed.

Customer-Supplied Items

If you provide an item for embroidery or alteration, MadiLu Craft Co. is not liable for damage due to material defects, prior wear, or limitations of the equipment. While great care is taken, all work is at your own risk.

Order Accuracy

Customers are responsible for reviewing personalization details before submitting an order. MadiLu Craft Co. is not liable for errors due to incorrect spelling or information provided by the customer.
