1. Customer-Supplied Items (BYOI)
Customer-supplied items are embroidered at your own risk. MadiLu Craft Co. is not responsible for any damage that may occur during the embroidery process. This includes needle strikes, hoop burns, and alignment errors. No refunds or replacements will be offered for damaged items provided by the custom
2. Placement & Alignment
We do our best to center and place designs as requested, but slight shifts may occur. By submitting your order, you acknowledge that embroidery placement may vary slightly.
3. Thread & Color Matching
Exact color matching is not guaranteed. Please specify thread colors or request a thread chart preview in advance. We cannot refund orders due to color differences if no preview was requested.
4. Final Sale Notice
All embroidery orders are final sale. Custom items cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded once the embroidery process has started.
5. Turnaround Time
Typical turnaround is 7–10 business days from item drop-off or order confirmation. Rush fees may apply for urgent orders.
6. Payment Terms
Payment is due at the time of order confirmation unless otherwise agreed. Unpaid orders will not be started.

MadiLu Craft Co. is a small, mom-owned business. Every item is made by hand in a home sewing studio. As such, please read the following carefully before placing your order.
Custom & Personalized Items
Due to the custom nature of embroidery, all sales are final. Once your order is confirmed, no returns, refunds, or exchanges will be accepted.
Once an item is picked up or accepted—whether in person or via text/photo—it is considered approved by the customer. No returns will be accepted after this point.

Mistakes or Quality Concerns
If there’s a mistake on my part, I’ll review the concern and work with you to find a fair solution.
Please remember—this is not mass production. Every piece is handmade, and slight imperfections are part of the process. I always aim to deliver high-quality, intentional work.
Color & Design Approval
Color choices, thread options, and design details must be clearly communicated. If your selections are vague or incomplete, I will attempt to contact you. If there is no response within 12 hours, I will proceed using my best judgment.This helps avoid project delays and keeps the schedule on track.
